Emily Dombrowski
Welcome! I’m Emily, founder of Consulting for Creatives. I am a mom to a firecracker toddler, ambitious entrepreneur, graduate student, and owner of two successful virtual businesses. My biggest passion is connecting with people with the intent to help them lead fulfilling lives. I started this business because I was burnt out trying to balance home life, school, and work, but working in this field is much more than a job to me.
I became interested in mental health due to my own experiences. Through my own work I have become more empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of others’ mental well-being. I have immersed myself in this field for the past eight years and have been fortunate enough to work with a large range of mental illness at various levels of care through schools, a youth lockdown facility, residential treatment center, behavioral health hospital, and private practice. I have seen all sides of counseling as an intern, clinician, admin assistant, and paraprofessional.
I earned my BFA in Dance and Psychology with a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Arizona State University. I previously studied Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling at the graduate level at Columbia College Chicago and just recently earned my Masters and Educational Specialist credential in School Psychology with Pupil Personnel Services from Alliant International University. I am so excited to be on this journey and work with clients.
As I mentioned before, I have a huge passion for helping people and I look forward to the opportunity to help you manage your practice so you can focus on your clients!
Kelly DeLeon
Hi, I’m Kelly! I was born and raised in a tiny little surf town in Southern California, and moved to South Carolina back in 2016. I have been in the administrative/office management world for over 15 years now, and working solely as a VA since 2021!
Helping people fuels my soul and I genuinely enjoy doing things to make others' lives less stressful. I have worked everywhere from collision centers to fitness centers, and eventually landed a position at an eating disorder treatment center back in 2015. I quickly learned how much of an impact my work had on not only the staff, but the patients as well and I never looked back. Working in the mental health field has been so rewarding and insightful.
I am looking forward to taking some of the stress off your plate and allowing you to fully focus on your practice!
Kaley Hancock
Hi, my name is Kaley! I am a Certified Life Coach and Virtual Assistant. I enjoy helping people discover their gifts, meet their goals, and pursue their passions. I have a master’s in psychology and am currently pursuing my PhD in psychology and counseling. Before launching my coaching business, I was an intake coordinator at a behavioral facility, corresponding with clients, verifying insurance, checking billing reports, and managing the electronic health record (EHR). This job helped me gain an appreciation for the operations process behind the mental health field and understand how important it is, so that clients can get the services they need. I am passionate about helping others and providing a space for people to become whole and healthy.
I was born in raised in Georgia. I have a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a minor in French and biology from the University of Alabama. I moved to Nashville shortly after graduating where I worked in sales for three years. I then moved to California for ministry school and have recently been in Boston where I helped launch a church.
In my free time I travel and enjoy photography, singing, and dancing. I have four pets, a dog and three cats that keep me busy.
Bailey Hunter
Hi, I’m Bailey! I was born and raised in South Carolina. I live here with my husband, son, three cats and two dogs. I have worked everywhere from a dance instructor to a practice manager, and I have always been drawn to jobs that help others. I discovered the VA career through my own therapist discussing my strengths, passions and goals. Helping others is something I find incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
Therapy has been so beneficial to me personally as well as something for which I have a tremendous amount of respect. I am very grateful to be able to use my strengths to assist those working in the mental health space. I’m looking forward to being able to take some of the stress off your plate so you can practice what you do best!e!
Emerson O’Keeffe
Hi! I’m Emerson! I’m a Virtual Assistant and writer. I’m passionate about learning and helping people, wherever they are in their personal journey. Prior to starting with Consulting for Creatives, I had 3 years of experience in general Healthcare and Substance Abuse Treatment, and I am thrilled to be working in the Mental Health field, where I feel like my impact makes a difference. I also worked for 5 years in the Logistics industry, which helped me further my skills at organization, time management, and prioritization.
I have a Bachelor’s in Theatre and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Tulsa. Costume design and construction, knitting, crocheting, and general crafts are some of my favorite hobbies! I also write poetry, prose, essays, short stories, and content for the D&D game that I DM.
I grew up in Oklahoma and moved to Utah after living in Chicago in my mid-twenties. The Windy City was a fantastic experience, but my own mental health is best managed when I am surrounded by nature. Utah is beautiful, and I love to start my mornings with a cup of coffee in the crisp mountain air.
I’m excited to meet you and help you make the most of your time and practice!
Kelsey Burchett
Hi, my name is Kelsey! I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Virtual Assistant. I have always found myself drawn to the mental health space and have a passion for helping others. After years of struggling with anxiety, confidence and a negative mindset, I made a change in 2017 and got out of my own way. I started on my own self love and healing journey and knew that I needed to be a voice for other women out there who were feeling stuck, just like I was. I started my coaching business in 2020 and am excited to now be offering VA support for other practices out there because I know how important it is to be able to focus on your clients, without worrying about all of the backend things.
I have a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing. I have also received extensive experience in SEO and digital marketing space through training and courses. I specialize in administrative work, content creation, social media management and any other task you want to hand off so that you can be front facing with your clients.
In my freetime, I enjoy going to the beach, teaching Yoga, traveling and spending time with my boyfriend and family!
It is an honor to help those in the mental health profession and I take great pride in being able to support you as best as I can. I look forward to connecting with you!
Lexi Trotta
Hey there! My name is Lexi, and I am a Virtual Assistant with Consulting with Creatives. I have been working as a VA in the mental health industry for three years, and have loved it tremendously. I'm a "dog mom" to two crazy pups, and one cat. Born and raised on Long Island, NY, I have also lived in Albany, NY, all the way up in Maine, and now I am currently in the sunny (and humid) city of Charleston, South Carolina!
My goal each day is to live with purpose. Someone once said to me, "Life is lived in moments, make them count." And each day since, I have strived to live up to that mantra. I have a passion for helping others, and found my niche in being a Mental Health VA. I enjoy learning new things, but I am well rounded in all things necessary in running a practice: intake management, calendar management, client correspondence, social media management, credentialing, billing, fighting with insurance, and everything in between!
I have my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and I am also a certified paralegal and certified in HIPAA compliance.
I am here to help you become the best version of yourself, so while I help you, you can help your clients. But I am also here to make sure your relationship with clients stays within boundaries, and be the buffer between the balance they may owe, and you! I am so excited to meet you, work with you and reach goals together!
